As many of you know I have been working for the past nine months at a Christian Daycare/Preschool in Windsor. I am currently a teacher's aid in our Toddler One class and I truly love every minute of it! I have been working this Winter and Spring to complete some needed training that my job requires if you want to be more than a teacher's aid. I have one more class this Thursday and I will receive my Infant/Toddler Supervisor certificate!!! I am so excited to be so close to the finish line :) This summer I will be taking "Introduction to Early Childhood Development" at Aims to finish my Lead Teacher certificate and in the Fall I will continue to work towards getting my "Directors Certificate."

YOU are my summer and the sun my world revolves around.
YOU are my eternity, my, "ever after."
I survive on YOUR pleasure and dance tor YOUR laughter!
YOU scatter my worries like dandelion seeds,
YOU carry them away with a gentle breeze.
YOU are the, "first star I see tonight." You take my dreams and hold them tight.
YOU are the strength I didn't know I had, a comfort for willful tears and the safe place I uncover my secret fears.
YOU are my brilliant sunrise to which nothing can compare. YOUR golden colors light up my world and warm me everywhere. You are THE reason, The biggest part, my one and only and the hands that hold my heart.
YOU are my first thought in the morning and my last thought in the evening.
I am afraid of life without you!
YOU are worth everything, absolutely everything and yet YOU cost nothing.
I love you Jesus and I WANT to love you like this the rest of my life, into forever!!

Psalm 23 (A Love Song)
My Love is my Shepherd,
I shall not want.
We lie down in pastures of green.
He calms and quiets my soul,
I'm contented to live by His stream.
Covered in His goodness alone,
Made one in His name.
Righteousness is a path we both share.
Miraculously we are the same.
And even in valleys of shadows
Where dwells the coldness of death.
My heart need not skip a beat,
For He won't let evil take a breath.
I'm free to sleep sweetly at night
For His rod and staff will fight for me.
My Love and my Lord will be my shelter,
From the lion and Adversary.
He brings me into His house
And we sit down at His table.
To celebrate in front of those who hate us
That He indeed is able.
And there He pours out His love like oil.
It spills over inside my heart.
Healing the wounds left by hate.
It mends what was once torn apart.
I'll sing of His goodness and Mercy.
Yes! They'll be my lifelong friends.
And we'll live happily together
In the house of my Lord without end.
Amen!
God's Refrigerator...
God's Refrigerator....
I know you can't see all the little notes :( but ask me someday and I'll show it to you!
It was just an idea I had last Saturday night.
I was thinking about how if God had a refrigerator He probably would have ALL kinds of things on it. Maybe John Newton's Amazing Grace right next to a three year old's picture of the cross. He'd probably have something of yours up there and something of mine...if God had a refrigerator. lol

Always
Yes right from the start, when first love began beating in my heart. I carefully stored all my affections so true because I knew it would always be you.
It's always been us! It's always been us!
We had no idea how we'd find each other but look at the all the adoration in those eyes! Now the future is no longer a disguise. We fit together, designed for the other.
It's always been us!
And even when we're old and gray I promise to still say,
"It's always been you! I've never looked back. I pledge you all over my heart, body and soul. Darling together we still make a whole. After all these years it rings true, it's always, always been you!"
I can imagine you help me from my rocking chair and brush back a sliver strand of my carefree hair and then I hear,
"It's always been us, it's always been us.
I'm so glad to have a best friend here at life's journey's end.
And there's nothing I'd rather do than spend the rest of my days proving
That it's always been us and it will always be you."

Over and over again God gives us permission to believe the most fantastic and beautiful things about His love. Things that if He had not said Himself would have sounded far to absurd to be real. However not only does God give us permission to believe in His great loves but He calls us to jump into it and let the waves if His affection soak us thoroughly so that we have no doubts...none. He loves us!
As Christians we may have doubts about all kinds of things and argue different theology and disagree on countless religious subjects but about God's love there can be no argument. To contradict what He so clearly demonstrated would be foolish. He loves us...unflinchingly, unreservedly, willfully and endlessly...and He always will!

- Parents who are not cared for in their old age
- Churches with closed hearts
- Babies dying before they breath their first breath
- Fathers who are not thanked
- Mothers who are forgotten
- Little Girls who are not treasured
